Created from a love for health, fitness and movement
I’ve had a lifelong love for fitness, movement, and the feeling of pushing limits. Over the years, through training, my time as a personal trainer and a CrossFit Coach as well as running my fitness brand Every Athlete, I’ve spent a lot of time around gym equipment. One thing always stood out: the machines we rely on were often clunky, dirty, and poorly maintained. With machines becoming more prevalent in todays fitness world, it is essential for machines to be running clean, smooth and efficiently, just like the athletes using the them.
