What service do we provide?

At Fitness Machine Services (FMS), we specialise in the professional maintenance and servicing of Concept2 equipment, including the RowErg (formerly Model D and E), SkiErg, and BikeErg. Our comprehensive services encompass flywheel cleaning, chain and bearing lubrication, internal mechanical inspections, and performance monitor checks and data updates. We will also perform minor repairs such as chain and shock cord replacements, pulley and ski cord replacements and adjustments and most other general repairs.

Regular maintenance of your Concept2 machines not only ensures optimal performance but also extends their lifespan, safeguarding your investment.

Beyond Concept2, FMS offers other general fitness equipment servicing and cleaning. Rogue Echo bike and Assault bike cleaning and maintenance and barbell sleeve greasing. Based in the Gold Coast, we service South East Queensland down to Coffs Harbour. There is a call out fee to clients more than 20km from our warehouse in Currumbin Waters or unscheduled call outs.

Classic Package

  • A one-off service and clean for your selected machines. This includes a flywheel clean, bearing lubrication, internal mechanical check, and a full inspection of the cord, chain, and all moving parts. All PM5 screen firmware is updated with every service.

Performance Package

  • Designed for facilities with 10 or more machines, this one-off service includes a full clean and tune-up. We cover flywheel cleaning, bearing and chain lubrication, an internal mechanical check, and a detailed inspection of all cords, chains, and moving parts. All PM5 screen firmware is updated with every service.

Premier Package

  • Our top-tier package for gyms committed to ongoing maintenance. This includes a full service and clean of all machines on a recurring schedule—typically twice a year. Each visit covers flywheel cleaning, bearing and chain lubrication, an internal mechanical check, and inspection of all cords, chains, and moving parts. Every machine receives a numbered service sticker and a detailed service report, ensuring peak performance and long-term durability. All PM5 screen firmware is updated with every service.

Package Prices

We offer flexible pricing based on your gym's setup, service needs, and frequency.
For reference, one-time services typically start from $65 per machine, with better rates available for ongoing packages.

Call Out Services and Travel Fees

We offer one-off call-out services for specific repairs such as replacing cords, chains, pedals, and other parts that don’t require a full service. Whether it’s a quick fix or an urgent replacement, we’ll come to you.

Travel fees apply for gyms located further than 20km from our warehouse in Currumbin Waters:

  • 20+km from warehouse: $100 call-out fee
